How do you ensure the freshness of your baked goods during shipping?

All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or placed in airtight containers before being shipped via expedited courier to ensure they arrive at your doorstep tasting oven-fresh.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes! We have a dedicated section for dietary restrictions, including almond-flour based pastries and plant-based desserts. Please check the product descriptions for specific allergen information.

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend scheduling 2-3 days in advance for special occasions to account for potential carrier delays.

Do your products contain nuts?

While we offer nut-free recipes, all our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and dairy. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.

How should I store my treats once they arrive?

We include a care card with every order. Generally, cookies and brownies stay fresh at room temperature for 5 days, while cakes and cream-filled pastries should be refrigerated immediately.
